“What really stood out about Kairos is that they took the time to learn the sector, to go in and meet the people that are going to be using these programs… which is exactly what we wanted. [Annabelle has] brought so much extra to this project than what we ever would have expected.”

“Annabelle stepped in as our fractional HR manager and built our HR capabilities from the ground up. Now we’ve got structures, we’ve got visibility and we’ve got confidence in how we manage our people. Overall, Kairos HR hasn’t just supported our business, they’ve really strengthened it.”

“Annabelle and Adam changed my work life when they walked in. It’s created a safety net for my business, which has then enabled me to take more risks, calculated risk as Annabelle would call it. So it’s not just me, the whole group of leadership is benefiting from Annabelle and Adam’s work.”
