I’m Annabelle, founder of Kairos HR.

With over a decade of HR experience, I help small business owners sort out their HR so they can hire with confidence, stay compliant, and grow their business. 

I’ve delivered HR solutions across not-for-profit organisations, construction projects, financial and accounting services, as well as professional sectors including technology, agriculture, and security. From frontline teams to executive leadership, I support businesses in navigating complex challenges, in building scalable systems, and in creating high-performing, people first workplaces.
