I’m Annabelle Bishop, founder of Kairos HR.

I have spent the last 14 years working in HR, I help business owners sort out their HR so they can hire with confidence, stay compliant, and grow their business. 

I’ve worked closely with businesses across not-for-profits, construction, hospitality, mining, community & disability services, financial and accounting services, as well as professional sectors including technology, agriculture, and security.

I’ve supported leaders through hiring, restructures, compliance issues, performance management, and everything in between. My goal is to help businesses and teams in navigating complex HR challenges, in building scalable systems, and in creating high performing teams that help you hit your businesses growth goals.

I know the pressure of trying to manage people well while running the rest of the business.

• Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• AHRI Certified HR Practitioner.

My strengths sit in developing simple and practical HR solutions, including induction and onboarding design, performance management, leadership capability uplift, HR toolkits and templates, and building systems that reduce admin and improve consistency across teams.
